1. Why am I directed to another web site to make a purchase?

The competition is tough out there and I could not compete with their prices, so I joined them to save you money. The only cost to you is one extra click of the mouse. When you make a purchase, the Affiliate site pays me a small commission which helps to maintain this web site.

2. Is this a non profit Web Site?

No, this is a for profit web site, however in 2007 I chose to give 99% of the Affiliate commissions to charity. The charity I chose to give to was the Save The Children foundation.

3. What's with all the references to Bodybuilding?

The bodybuilding industry has been the driving force behind most of the research in exercise, nutrition, and metabolism. We Baby Boomers can benefit by their research and get healthy. If you are serious about exercising and you are serious about your nutrition intake...you are a bodybuilder. You do not have to be "Bulky" to be a bodybuilder.
